Atulya Vipin is a compassionate and creative mental health counselor who brings a unique blend of skills from her background in design and her training in integrated counseling. Having completed a Post Graduate Diploma in Integrated Counseling from Nibbana Institute, accredited by Madras School of Social Work (MSSW), she is exceptionally well-equipped to support individuals through a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, stress, depression, interpersonal relationships, self-esteem, and confidence building. Her expertise also extends to helping clients navigate life transitions, manage emotional regulation, and develop effective coping strategies. Her artistic background fuels her innovative approach to counseling, allowing her to offer personalized and engaging therapeutic experiences. Atulya is proficient in various counseling methodologies, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), person-centered therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches, which she integrates seamlessly into her practice.

Her professional journey includes hands-on experience as a counselor at Nibbana Institute, where she has conducted individual counseling sessions under the supervision of experienced practitioners. Additionally, her work as a freelance designer has honed her skills in creativity, communication, and project management. Atulya envisions a future where she can merge her passion for the arts with her counseling practice, developing therapeutic art programs that leverage creative expression as a tool for mental health healing and personal growth.
