My encounter with Nibbana has been partly by chance and partly by choice. At that point in time, I was in a confused state of mind whether to go for a job or study. This course answered both my questions and my life took a healthy turn! Nibbana is a place where for the first time I looked into myself and that was not easy. Thankfully I had people there who were empathetic towards my situation and provided the support needed by me to acknowledge my past and embrace it as part of my many experiences. This integrated course introduced me to many schools of psychology, which earlier, I was not aware of. After every learning there was an integration session which helped me to absorb the learning and connect it to my experiences. The 20 hours of personal work helped me deal with my demons and heal. Nibbana also gave me the opportunity to practice my skills by providing 50 hours of internship in a study centre, IT company and a Financial institution. Through this I strengthened my learning and skills and also the supervision provided once a week helped me address the hiccups I faced during my internship. This one year course has injected into me hope, positivity, compassion, empathy and self love. With the skills provided I am confident that I can heal others and empower them too! I strongly recommend NICCS for everyone who is interested to know about themselves and wish to serve society in a noble way.
